Danville, Virginia.  You will find a huge selection of Nautilus, Hammer Strength, Schwinn, Stairmaster and many other equipment brands inside.  You will have a large variety of machines, free-weights, cables, cardiovascular, and plate loaded equipment to choose from.  There are men’s and women's rooms equipped with lockers, showers w/privacy walls, toilets, sinks, clothes hanger bars and hangers, benches, and chairs.  Connected to the fitness center is a great hair salon for those who need some to save time and get their hair done pre or post workout!  You can find a variety of personal trainers to match your needs and goals!  If you do not feel like hiring your very own personal trainer you can have one of the staff start you on a basic routine to get you comfortable with the workout equipment.
